My take on The Woods Horizon
The Woods Horizon is the newest apartment building in The Woods, the forest led neighbourhood of Sobha Sanctuary, Sobha's new master community on Al Ain Road. It sits alongside The Woods Abode, with one and two bedroom homes looking over parks and woodland.
Sobha builds and fits out everything itself, which is why its finished stock tends to hold value. The 60/40 plan asks for 20% on booking, then 10% at a time through the build, with 40% on completion.
This is a longer dated purchase, with completion in Q4 2030, so it suits a buyer who wants Sobha quality at a sub AED 1 million entry and can wait for it.
