My take on Naseem at The Wilds
The Wilds is Aldar's nature led masterplan next to Athlon, built around preserved desert landscape and planting rather than manicured lawns. Naseem is the latest villa neighbourhood, with four to six bedroom homes set into that landscape.
This is the top end of the Aldar range in Dubai, aimed at buyers who want space and privacy, and who would rather pay for the land and the planting than for a central postcode.
Buy it as a home or a long hold. Large villas in an outer community are a slower resale market than mid range apartments.
